It is a red wine made with the assembly of the variety 90% Listán Negro and 10% Tintinilla, of sentre vines 10 and 100 years, from the plots Los Geranios, El Montijo and Los Pasitos, in the Valle de La Orotava (Tenerife, Canary Islands). Each variety is harvested and fermented separately. Winemaking begins with alcoholic fermentation, in which native yeasts are used, and is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is divided between small concrete tanks and 500 litre French oak barrels. The ageing takes place 25% in small concrete tanks and in French oak fudres, over 8 months. Grade: 13 % vol. Tasting notes: Very intense cherry colour. On the nose, red fruits stand out, with spicy and mineral notes. The mid palate is velvety and sweet, with a long, fruity and fresh finish.
