ARABE DULCE NATURAL (V. T. Extremadura)

This wine is destemmed from the grapes and left to macerate for 6 hours. A slight pressing is done where the must flower is collected. It is fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12oC. It is for fermentation cold and we get the sugars without transforming the wine and stays cold until the time of packaging.

Tasting: Sweet natural needle wine, greenish yellow, coming to present slightly with golden reflections. Alive and bright. Its nose is intensely fruity with abundant notes of exotic fruits, mango and some citrus fruits. On the palate it is sweet and soft, fresh and balanced.
