Attelea Tinto Roble is controlled fermentation between 26-28 oC. It is discovered at the optimum time to maintain freshness and fruitiness. Single-variety broth that has spent 90 days in oak barrels providing fine notes of vanilla. Very vivid cherry red colour. Intense fruity aroma with hints of vanilla and toasted. Tasty, balanced and powerful in the mouth. Fermented with 3 months in American oak barrels, with a Denomination of Origin Ribera del Guadiana. It is made with a 100% tempranillo grape variety.
