Borsao Tinto Selección is made with a film maceration for 3-4 days and in total between 10-12 days. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22o-24o C. Made with 85% Grenache, 10% Tempranillo, 5% Syrah. The characteristics of its vineyards are between 15 and 25 years old with clayey-limestone soils, stony and slimy. A cherry red wine with violet nuances. On the nose it has ripe fruit with floral tones. Full-bodied, spicy wine with a complex and long aftertaste.
