CANASTA CREAM (Jerez)

Canasta Cream is intense mahogany, with aromas of nuts and a slight touch of toasted sugar. On the palate it is soft, velvety and slightly warm. Denomination of Origin: Jerez – Manzanilla de Sanl’car. A wine made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez from vineyards located in the Balbaína and Carrascal payments, between 20 and 60 years old, on the typical albariza soil.

Canasta Cream is intense mahogany, with aromas of nuts and a slight touch of toasted sugar. On the palate it is soft, velvety and slightly warm. Denomination of Origin: Jerez – Manzanilla de Sanl’car. A wine made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez from vineyards located in the Balbaína and Carrascal payments, between 20 and 60 years old, on the typical albariza soil. After the manual harvest, with selection of grapes in the vineyard, the yolk musts that will ferment at a controlled temperature are selected, then fortified up to 19.5% vol. alc. Once the palomino and Pedro Ximénez supertables are mixed, it is aged for at least 6 years with the system of breeding and soleras. The sugar content is 132gr/l.Alcohol content: 19 % vol.
