Once discovered, Condado de Oriza undergoes malolactic fermentation and then moved to new American oak barrels, where it remained for 14 months. Once discovered, Condado de Oriza undergoes malolactic fermentation and then moved to new American oak barrels, where it remained for 14 months. It is a wine aged garnet cherry, well covered and lively. With explosion of finesse and conjunction of black fruit, and most importantly: with spicy notes. Fine memories of undergrowth. The owners of Pagos del Rey, the Solís family, own more than 70 hectares of vineyards in the area, so they work with a team of farmers of more than 400, who would also provide the grapes, with about 1600 hectares of vineyards and with high annual production capacity, where they finally produce more than 9 million liters , which would be about 10,000 barrels.
