Corimbo is a red wine belongs to Ribera de Duero (La Horra, Burgos). Continental climate: cold and humid winters, and hot and dry summers. Clay and calcareous soils with medium and low yields. The grape variety is 100% Tempranillo.Viñas with an average age of 40 years. Manual collection in boxes and selection on table.16 months aging in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16o and 18o. Madriaje: It is especially recommended for roasts, stews, red meats, cured and semi-cured cheeses, cold cuts. View: In view it is very intense dark with cherry rim. Nose: On the nose also intense aromas, ripe black fruits, spices and dark chocolate. Mouth: Very bulky, feeling full from the beginning. Excellent aftertaste with notes of cocoa, ripe black fruit and refreshing balsamic notes.
