Serve this wine at a temperature between 16o and 18o. Madriaje: It is especially recommended for roasts, stews, red meats, cured and semi-cured cheeses, cold cuts. View: In view it is very intense dark with cherry rim. Nose: On the nose also intense aromas, ripe black fruits, spices and dark chocolate. Mouth: Very bulky, feeling full from the beginning. Excellent aftertaste with notes of cocoa, ripe black fruit and refreshing balsamic notes.
