Wine of a very light straw color, intense aroma, delicate to the palate, with sweet and somewhat fruity notes at first, but leaving drier finishing notes. Light but intense in aromas and flavor, it combines perfectly with strong cheeses, ripe manchego, goat cheeses or even some blue cheese (try a gorgonzola), and accompanies either marinated salmon or smoked cod. Like most fine ones, you have to take it very cold. Read more about CroftSi has any questions about how to buy Croft contact the web professional in our contact section.
