EAST INDIA LUSTAU

The aging of East India recalls that of those wines that crossed the oceans in the seventeenth century towards the colonies and returned to European ports with greater complexity and silkiness. Made from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After ageing separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines combine to age again in a 45-boot Solera located in the Sacristy of the winery.
