The 6-month-old oak tree of Finca La Esacada is characteristic for having a sweet tannin, which is what makes it especially pleasant. Traditional winemaking is carried out for the production. Fermentation takes place in 8-day stainless steel tanks and a subsequent maceration of about 20 days. After this process, the wine is decubated directly in barrels. Finally, it is aged for 6 months in American and French oak barrels, and another 2 months in the bottle to finish rounding. It is intense cherry red wine with vivid purple edge, proof of its great strength of youth. Powerful (and very fruity) aroma, with hints of black blackberries of tendar, touches of terroir that add complexity and certain notes of compote fruit. The palate feels fleshy, very ripe (flavors of blackberry jam), with sweet tannins that make the passage through the mouth very pleasant, certain warm notes and an end in which all the strength of the fruit reappears.
