FINO QUINTA (Jerez)

is a bright wine, made with Palomino grapes and bred under “flower” following the traditional system of vines and soleras, which will take from scale to scale to our fine to the fifth solera, from where its name comes from. Fino Quinta is considered the flagship of the sheans of Bodegas Osborne. With 4 years of average old age it is ideal to enjoy it very cold, as an aperitif, perfect to accompany cured cheeses, olives, almonds or as an alternative to white wine with seafood and all kinds of fish. In the mouth it is dry, sharp, low acidic and slightly bitter.
