Very mineral nose with lots of red fruit, mint and a background of mint, very complex aromas in perfect harmony with the tertiary aromas of its long aging in barrels. The entry into the mouth is soft-silky and very balanced with a nervous tannin that provides structure and a lot of freshness, giving way to its fruity and mineral character. Due to its mineral balance and freshness, Hacienda Monasterio Cosecha 2016 is a great wine to enjoy at any time, in addition to demonstrating a great potential for aging in the bottle.
