A wine made entirely from grapes from the family-owned vineyard. Once ripening properly in the vineyard, the grapes are carefully chosen and subjected to the winemaking process that is followed for the winemaking of reds keeping this whole process at a temperature of 22oC. Once the fermentation process is finished with a duration of approximately 8 days, the broth is macerated for about 15 days along with its skins to extract most anthotians and tannins. Once the maceration process is finished, it undergoes a short aging process in new wood. Color: Intense cherry red colour with violet reflections. Nose: Fruity aromas of good intensity dominated by the green pepper characteristic of the grape variety, but also very present the very ripe red and black fruit combined with toasted notes. Fruit and wood in correct balance. Mouth: Soft, very balanced and very rounded mid palate, unctuous, soft and very sweet tannins, retro-ossal to green pepper, fruits and chocolate, finish with quite persistence. A wine very rich in the mouth and very easy to drink and understand.100% Cabernet-Sauvignon
