Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent permanence in new French and American oak barrels for 18 months.

Intense cherry color with a garnet rim and powerful aroma of black fruits, roasted and balsamic notes. Complex and well structured, unctuous and mature, pleasant on the palate and very persistent, with roasted notes of cocoa and spices. Balanced and harmonious, tasty and with a long and elegant finish marked by the “sweetness” of noble tannins of very ripe fruit that shows its potential in the bottle. Ideal to accompany rices with game and sweet meat, stewed legumes, mushrooms , game and poultry, casseroles, smoked meats, cured and blue cheeses, grilled and grill red meats, roasts of lamb, pork, beef, etc. Alcoholic content: 15.5% vol.
