Garsea lineage, incubated the must delaying 3 or 4 days the fermentation (maceration), very good loose of the dye. Serving temperature: 14o-18oC.Keep out of range of the sun and at a temperature close to 20oC. The bottle lying down or face down. Pairing: Cochinillo or Lechazo roasts, Red Meats, Iberian, Pates.
