The grapes are grown in the municipality of Lanciego, at an altitude of about 560 meters, from four plots of old vines, called “El Plano”, “Balondo”, “Vasconegro” and “El Anagorio”. The harvest is carried out manually and the aging is carried out on fine lees in 500-liter French, American and Hungarian oak barrels with periodic batonings, for 8 months. To make this Wine, the philosophy of “minimal interaction” has been followed both when treating the grounds. , as when making the Wine, thus achieving a natural, artisanal and traditional Wine, in which yeasts are not used to carry out the fermentation, or any other type of additives. The Wine has a certificate of organic farming.
