Marqués de Cáceres Blanco is made during a short film maceration of 2 to 4 hours. Soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (15º to 18ºC) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is subsequently stabilized by a cold treatment, preventing malolactic fermentation. Likewise, the natural acidity and greater freshness of the wine are maintained. It is bottled between the months of December and January that follow the harvest.

Likewise, the natural acidity and greater freshness of the wine are maintained. It is bottled between the months of December and January that follow the harvest. This vintage has allowed the viura to reveal its essence towards a resounding definition of its expression. Intense nose that shelves fresh floral notes and a background of pear and green apple. Deep mouth with well-integrated flavors that remain lively and frank on the palate. It does not require any additional refining in the bottle, but is marketed and recommended to taste the younger for enjoy its greater freshness and vivacity, which offer its ideal point in the first two years. It is a white wine from Rioja Alta, with a selection of plots of old vines over 30 years old. Alcoholic graduation: 12% vol. Serving temperature: Serve at 6-8º C.
