After a very attractive appearance (yellow with green tones, intense), the wine is presented with a nose in which a new concept of fruit is perceived: you appear on the one hand aromas of lime, French melon, white flowers, vanilla flower, apricot jam, aromatic plants, that is, complexity and on the other hand the fruit as a whole with a great concentration and volume. The nose attracts from the first moment for its freshness and wants to berberlo. In the mouth the wine is silky, with a large volume that gives it the fruit. The mouth is full of flavor, the wine flows meekly and its memory persists for a long time. It will accompany well white fish dishes, even gently salted, oysters, percebes, and all kinds of seafood. Grape Varieties: Macabeo, Chardonnay, Gew’rztraminerVendimia: Manual. First fortnight of October.
