Muga fermented in Barrica sugre after the explosive mixture between Viura, Malvasía de La Rioja and other varieties in a very minority pocentaje. Hence, its spectacular result of this peculiar white wine. It remains with its lees for a few months before being bottled. A wine for amateurs looking for different and unctuous whites. A bright, clear straw yellow-green wine. On the nose, acidic fruits mainly citrus and green apple return, “sweetened” by pastries from fine lees and Nevers oak spices. In the mouth the entrance is mineral and silky at the same time, always pointed with stimulating notes of malic. In retro-smell some citrus fruits are maintained, pineapple appears, and ends dimly with scrub and vanilla. Alcohol content: 13.2 % vol. Serving temperature: between 9 and 12o C.Pairing: Starters, seafood in cocktail, baked fish or pastas with white sauces.
