The wine enters the barrels after a small period of natural rest after malolactic fermentation, clarification and filtration. It remains in American and French oak for a minimum of 20 months. After this ageing period the wine is bottled and rests in a “botellero” where it will achieve the right balance before leaving for the consumer. It is a ruby red wine of medium-high robe reaches, after its ageing and subsequent aging, the desired balance and its fine bouquet appreciated the ripe fruit in line with the spicy and balsamic aromas.
