It is a 100% Monastrell Jumilla oak wine. After destemming of the grapes the winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with a maximum temperature of 26oC. Once the maceration-fermentation process is finished, it undergoes French and American oak barrels, where it is aged in aging rooms absent from light and sounds for 4 months. Red Wine made for 4 months. Aroma, body and taste, delicate and mysterious. Optimal temperature: 14-18oCGrade Alcoholic: 14.50%
