It is made for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. The vineyards of Pago de Carraovejas Reserva are located on a hillside perpendicular to the Douro River, at an altitude of 850 meters. Three types of soils predominate: frank, sandy and limestone. Continental climate with Atlantic influence. A sophisticated reserve, made mostly from tempranillo grapes, with very small percentages of cabernet sauvignon (2%) and merlot (1%), which offers us a complex nose, with aromas of black and red fruits, accompanied by rich spices of aging, balsamic sensations and minerals. An elegant, tasty, intense and vigorous wine.
