Each variety of Pagos de Araiz is processed separately to obtain different aromatic and taste profiles depending on the variety and its maturation. Fermentation and maceration of 8 to 12 days, at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tank. After malolactic, the wine spends 5 months on average in American and French oak barrels, at different times for each variety, then mixed in the final assembly.

It is a bright red oak wine and ruby nuances on the edge of the glass with a high medium layer well covered. Frank aromas, clean, sweets of red fruit, liquorice, wild notes mixed with spicy tones on a balsamic background. Cocoa integrated into its ageing. Elegant, complex and long taste. Wide and sweet step from the beginning and sweet, which projects fruitiness wrapped in the soft character of the ripe tannin where the toasted sensations, caramel and vanilla, that last intensely in the aftertaste shine.
