Palacio de Bornos Fermented in Barrica is a young wine aged for 4 months in French oak barrels in which previously carried out fermentation, made entirely with Verdejo grapes. An elegant and structured wine with an unctuous body and a certain fatty point but without losing the vivacity and potency of youth. Good assembly between fruits, spices and smoky and mineral hints. It is a golden yellow white wine, intense, with greenish tones. Aroma of high intensity, vanilla and smoked, frank, great aromatic complexity provided by wood (smoked, vanilla), assembled with fruit and a vegetable touch. Good attack on the palate, wide and well structured, velvety, persistent. Long aftertaste recalling the complexity of aromas observed on the nose. Its winery was born and began its productions in LA SECA in the year 1.870, in a trajectory parallel to that of the famous wines of the Land of Medina del Campo, once and today prestigious Denomination of Origin Rueda. At the end of Siglo, its wines were known throughout Castile.Alcohol content: 13.5 % vol.
