The production of Palo Cortado 1830 is carried out over a period of 15 years in American oak casks in wineries with controlled temperature and environment, as well as in patios and galleries. Result of the growth by oxidation of the Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso wines in the Criaderas and Soleras system, it is a generous wine of variable color, between old gold and light mahogany. Scented and with a deep aroma, harsh with hazelnut notes on the palate, polished, easy but at the same time full.
