Pesquera Reserva is made with Tinta Fina (Tempranillo), subjected to longer coats, allowing it to be aged for 24 months in American oak barrels, followed by another 12 months of rest in the bottle. It is distinguished by its personality, bouquet and structure, a true gift to the senses. It is a reserve wine with an intense cherry red color, clean and bright. It has a very deep and elegant nose, open to aromas such as ripe black fruits, blackberries and liquorice, toasted and on a vanilla background.

Alejandro Fernández is the spitting image of a self-made man. A man who, from his youth, nurtured a dream: to create his own winery and make great red wines in it. Following the family tradition – learned from his father – Alejandro made wine every year with grapes from his small vineyards. But he had to wait until 1972 to have his own true winery: a small stone press, from the 16th century, where almost the entire process was carried out. It took 10 years for the Tinto Pesquera winery to look more or less the way it does today. The beginnings were not easy. Alejandro was the first to introduce trellis cultivation (in the ‘Viña Alta’). Alcoholic graduation: 14% vol. Serving temperature: 16º C.
