Primavera red semi This wine, once in the winery, is manually destemmed and gently crushed in a hydraulic press with a wooden cage, then placed in the tank and cryomacerated (maceration at a low temperature of 12º C.) for about sixteen hours approximately. The must is separated from the paste and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16º C, the fermentation is stopped by cold and gasified for needle extraction. TASTING: Semisweet natural needle wine, cherry red color on violet backgrounds, lively and bright. Its nose is intensely fruity with abundant notes of berries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberry. On the palate it is pleasant due to the grape’s own sweetness, its exotic aromas and its integrated acidity.Variety: Tempranillo – Petit VerdotGraduation: 10.5ºTemperature: 4-6º
