ROGER DE FLOR BRUT (Cava)

Roger de Flor Brut is a cava with fermentation of the must at low temperature (below 20oC). After mixing the wines, they are cold stabilized before the shoot. The wines ferment in the bottle, following the traditional method of CAVA production. The ageing and aging period in the bottle ranges from 9 to 24 months.

Good detachment of carbonic gas with slight foam crown formation. Pleasant aromas of green fruits (apple, pear), citrus (lemon), as well as some notes of nuts and toasted bread, proious from its aging in cava. Fresh and balanced in the mouth, with light acidity.
