Wine made by aging for 20 years in old American oak casks or barrels in aging warehouses with a controlled temperature and environment, the result of aging, this Solera Amontillado, as a fine wine by oxidation. It is a fortified wine of gold color old and dark yellow, its very intense perfumed aroma is deep, sharp and hazelnut, its flavor soft and full at the same time where the years of the boot stand out in its aging. Ideal to drink in the middle of the morning, even as an aperitif, a good companion to soups and consommés.
