TAGONIUS ROBLE (Madrid)

Tagonius Roble is the result of a careful work of selection of grapes from our vineyards, of excellent noble varieties such as Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo that make a unique wine. Cold maceration, fermentation at a controlled temperature, the duration of postfermentative maceration varies between 5-12 days depending on the variety. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank. The wine is passed into oak barrels (French and American) where it matures for 7 months to achieve a balance between fruit and wood, then is bottled and aged in the bottle for another 12 months.
