The vermouth of Martínez Lacuesta Reserva is made with plants and aromatic herbs cold macerated in white wine, is aged for 7 months in new French oak barrels and medium roasted. It gives rise to a mooring vermouth, of high color, with notes of wood and a very traditional profile. To enjoy as an aperitif, served cold and accompanied by the classic slice of orange and olive. A base vermouth mixed with “la conzia”, an extract of 24 aromatic herbs in which the wormwood stands out; to which is added the caramel (burnt sugar) that gives it its characteristic amber color. All this aged in American oak barrels for 2 to 3 years. It is made with a traditional and artisanal system, using natural aromatic plants and herbs to cold macerate the base white wine, a short period of aging and aging of 7 months is added in new French oak barrels of Allier with a medium toasted. The result is this bitter, aromatic, intensely colored vermouth with roasted backgrounds and that peculiar flavor that reminds us of traditional vermouth. Alcohol content: 15 % vol.
