Casa Mariol black vermouth It is a Macebeo wine fermented with selected yeasts at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Darkened with green walnuts and flavored through maceration with spices and herbs from the Macizo del Matarraña. Light rest in soleras in centenary boots. Mahogany color with brown tones. Aroma of herbs such as thyme and rosemary, and spices such as cinnamon. Light bitter finish with notes of caramel. Refreshing with a very balanced acidity, complex and with a strong personality.
