Victorino is a red wine from Zamora with DO Toro, 100% ink, with old vineyards over 45 years old. Traditional elaboration 100% destemmed with tread and light pumping during fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation: 8 days at 26-28 oC with native yeast selected from our own vineyards. 18 months in new French oak barrels (100 %). Racking every four months. Responsible winemaker: Marcos Eguren.

Responsible winemaker: Marcos Eguren.Here in Toro, they own 92 hectares owned, some of their vineyards are pre-phylloxéricos with more than 130 years. They work in a respectful way with the environment and the environment, applying the minimum possible interventions in viticulture, avoiding the use of neither herbicides nor systemic products. This area is subjected to a harsh continental climate, with very hot summers and very cold winters that mark the opulent character of its wines. It is a high expression wine of dark purple color. On the nose it has a black fruit, minerals and species aroma. In the mouth it is structured, powerful, very expressive and creamy. Alcohol content: 14.5 % vol.
