The continental climate enjoyed by the vineyards, with large temperature fluctuations between seasons and between day and night, contributes to a good ripening of the grape.

Vizcarra Senda del Oro Vizcarra Senda del Oro is an oak wine made for 7 months in American and French oak barrels, with the 100% fine red variety. The maceration is carried out selected on the table, destemmed before fermentation, 14 days and 3 daily pump-overs at a temperature of 27º C. The continental climate enjoyed by the vineyards, with large temperature fluctuations between seasons and between day and night, contributes to a good ripening of the grape. The harvest is carried out at the optimum moment of maturation, being this harvested absolutely by hand, the fruits being collected in boxes of 15 or 20 kilograms that are transported with great care to the winery. All the grapes pass through the selection table, it is a cherry-colored oak wine with very purple reflections. Very intense and clean. Raspberry and strawberry stand out along with hints of wood. Enveloping in the mouth, fresh with a fruity and elegant mid palate. Alcoholic content: 14% vol. Serving temperature: 12-16º C.
